The Straw Grapple is shot-blasted and powder-coated — the most efficient modern method for coating metals. Unlike traditional liquid paints, powder coatings provide smooth surfaces without cracks, drips, bubbles, or wrinkles. They are used for protective, anti-corrosion, and decorative coating of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100°C. Powder coatings are characterized by excellent mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical factors. A key advantage of powder coatings is their versatility, as they allow for finishes with different gloss levels, textures, and structures in the full RAL color range.
